Public comment

Motion by Block supported by Mitchell to approve March 8th meeting minutes. Motion carried.

Motion by Sittig supported by Cummings to approve March 22nd special meeting minutes. Motion carried.

Treasurer's report stands

Motion by Mitchell supported by Osburn to pay bills estimated at $33,383.93.  Motion carried.

Parks & Recreation: 3 proposals for updating the Parks & Recreation Plan were received. 
Motion by Sittig supported by Mitchell to go with Williams & Works to update the plan.

Planning Commission: The Commission approved the rezoning change to the property on US 12 
and it has been submitted to County for their approval. The Township Board will address the 
matter at their May meeting.
Industrial Park: Excavation will start any day and the pipe work will begin the end of May.

Motion by Mitchell supported by Sittig to increase the salary for the Cemetery Sexton by 2% 
from $21,905.41 to $22,343.52 annually. Roll call.
