Motion by Jelinek supported by Osburn to approve July meeting minutes with correction. 
Motion carried.

Treasurer's report stands

Motion by Osburn supported by Cummings to pay bills totaling $35955.98. Motion carried.	

Department reports:

Building report        5 bldg/ 0 mechanical
MTA Concluded that the operation at the McWethey Farm is agricultural and they are exempt 
from all building permits.

Park/Recreation- A letter was received from Frankle & Associates as to whether the township 
would support a hiking and biking trail.
Motion by Jelinek supported by LaLone that we support the trail. Motion carried.

Planning Commission- The Zoning Ordinance has been submitted to the county for their 
approval.

Police report- 74 complaints/ 12 citations

Industrial Park- The county has offered the township $10,000 per acre for the easement on 
the property which will use 7.56 acres.
Motion by Jelinek supported by Sittig to sign the landowner agreement. Motion carried.
Motion by Jelinek supported by Cummings to accept the offer from the county. Motion carried.
Motion by Jelinek supported by LaLone to sign the drain easement with 1 correction. Roll call

Preliminary plans were submitted by Dr. Bell on the Spring Creek School House project. for 
review.

MTA concluded that the township could pay the cemetery sexton by payroll and as a subcontractor 
due to his duties.

Motion by Jelinek supported by Cummings to have the County Road Commission gravel Ray, Olive 
Branch and Star Roads. Roll call

Motion carried.

Motion by Cummings supported by LaLone to accept the hourly rate increase from $100 -$120 
per hour for the Township Police Attorney. Roll call

Motion carried.

Motion by Jelinek supported by Osburn to sign the Resolution for Depositories listing all 
banks used by the Township. Motion carried

Motion by Jelinek supported by Cummings to sign a Resolution allowing the clerk and treasurer 
to sign all Library checks. Motion carried
