Motion by Mitchell supported by Osburn to approve July 12th meeting minutes. Motion carried.

Treasurer's report stands

Motion by Cummings supported by Osburn to pay bills estimated at $35027.51 withholding the 
Village police payment until further notice.  Motion carried.

Parks & Recreation: Brian Wegener from William & Works was in attendance to go over the 
draft Parks & Recreation 5 year plan.
Planning Commission: Minutes were received
Industrial Park: work is in progress

The Kruger Rd sewer extension: Daryl Veldman will attend the meeting with the residents 
to answer any questions

Snowmobile Trail: still in process of completing the 
permit application 

Weed Ordinance: Clerk is waiting for more municipality responses for samples

Proposed parking lot behind hall: the Village is seeking bids to see what costs would be

Harbor Country Chamber has requested the Township to put a Kiosk machine to hold pamphlets 
in front of the hall.
Motion by Block supported by Mitchell to notify the Chamber and give our approval. Motion carried.

Cemetery drain repair: a tile running from the cemetery has collapsed and needs repair. Motion by Cummings supported by Mitchell to pay Versaw Excavating $3385.00 to perform the repairs. Roll call

Motion by Sittig supported by Cummings to purchase 2 new decks for the Forest Lawn Cemetery 
tractors from Frontier Lawn & Recreation. Roll call
