Regular meeting opened at 7:00

No Public comments.
 
Motion by Jelinek supported by LaLone to accept the minutes of November 13th. 
Motion carried.

Treasurer's report stands as read.

Motion by LaLone supported by Cummings to pay Township bills totaling $32437.73. 
Motion carried.

Correspondence was read.

Department reports:
Ambulance: 32
   
Assessor: Sales/Splits       2/11 (still under review)

Building/ Mechanical:  3/1   Building Inspector Edward Carpenter introduced Bruce 
Williams to the board requesting that he be hired as an assistant , and he stated that 
he is also arranging for the Township to hire a Plumbing Inspector.
Motion by Cummings supported by Jelinek to hire Bruce Williams as an assistant Building 
Inspector to Ed Carpenter. Roll Call

Fire: No report

Parks & Rec: The grant application for the Pokagan Fund has not been completed. The 
Park Ordinance was discussed, Spring Creek School will be added, the Board reviewed 
the draft 

Planning: No report.

Police: Complaints/Citations:  58/11

Industrial Park- The deed has been received naming the Township as the owner.

Nothing to report on the Library easement

The board will start preparing for work on the 2008/2009 budget

Motion by Cummings supported by LaLone to adjourn at 7:45. Motion carried.
