Motion by Jelinek supported by Mitchell to approve November 10th meeting minutes. 
Motion carried.

Treasurer's report stands

Motion by Sittig supported by Cummings to pay bills totaling $27932.04. Motion carried.

Correspondence read

Department reports:
Ambulance: 33            Assessor sales/splits      0/0 still under review

Motion by Cummings supported by Jelinek to approve the appointment of Kent Craft 
as Assistant Chief and Mike Young as Captain with a review of the pay schedule and 
with the agreement of the new assistant chief. Motion carried.

Parks/Recreation: No Report

Planning: A public hearing will be held on Tuesday, December 16th for the Schuttler 
special land use request. Thank you was given to Jim LaLone for his service on the 
Planning Commission.

Police: Complaints/ Citations    52/6

Industrial Park: Schwark Drain project still in progress.

A Township/Library committee was formed consisting of Jelinek and Sittig.

Motion by Cummings supported by Mitchell to adopt the Township Zoning Ordinance as 
presented. Roll call
Ayes: Sittig, Jelinek, Mitchell, Osburn, Cummings
Nays: None
 Motion carried.

Motion by Jelinek supported by Cummings to authorize the Berrien County Road Commission 
to do extra seal coating. Roll call
Ayes: Mitchell, Jelinek, Osburn, Sittig, Cummings
Nays: None
 Motion carried.

Township Appointments:
Planning Commission- Motion by Sittig supported by Mitchell to reappoint Bob Khoury, 
Chris Mitchell(as Twp Rep) and Don Jackson with terms to expire on 12-31-2011. 
Motion carried.

Motion by Sittig supported by Mitchell to appoint Joe Bardusk to the vacant seat 
on the Planning Commission with a term to expire on 12-31-2010. Motion carried.

Board of Appeals:
Motion by Sittig supported by Jelinek to reappoint Greg Grosse and Don Heim with 
terms to expire on 12-31-2011. Motion carried.

Board of Review:
Motion by Sittig supported by Jelinek to reappoint Dave Grosse, George Koebel and 
Ken Seifert with terms to expire on 12-31-2010. Motion carried.
