Motion by Mitchell supported by Osburn to approve January meeting minutes. Motion carried.

Treasurer's report stands

Motion by Block supported by Cummings to pay bills estimated at $2856.08.  Motion carried.

Phil Smith & Scott Habel presented to the board a concept on an addition to the Fire 
Station for the Ambulance

Motion by Mitchell supported by Block to include community garden in the Pokagon Municipal 
Grant Fund. Roll call

Planning- The Master Plan needs updated

Industrial park-Nothing to report

The Deficit Elimination Plan has been completed to be submitted to the state for approval.
Motion by Sittig supported by Mitchell to adopt the Township Library Fund Deficit 
Elimination Plan. Roll call
Ayes: Block, Cummings, Mitchell, Osburn, Sittig
Nays: None
Motion carried

Cemetery bids to remove trees and prepare grounds in exchange for farm rent were opened:
Maple View Farms for 9yrs
Steve Smith for 6 yrs
Skala Farms for 4 yrs
Motion by Mitchell supported by Block to accept the bid from Skala Farms. Roll call
Ayes: Block, Cummings, Osburn, Mitchell, Sittig

Vickie Wagner informed the Board the USDA has available grants and to contact Paul Bristol


Motion by Osburn supported by Cummings to adjourn at 8: 41. Motion carried.
