Public comment

Motion by Mitchell supported by Osburn to approve January meeting minutes. Motion carried.

Treasurer's report stands

Motion by Sittig supported by Cummings to pay bills estimated at $14937.84.  Motion carried.

Planning Commission: George Mangold discussed the January meeting minutes. Motion by 
Sittig supported by Cummings for the commission to seek a grant from the Pokagon Fund to 
hire Williams & Works' Jay Kilpatrick to do a study for a possible Medical/Retirement 
Community Center to locate at the Industrial Park property. Motion carried
Motion by Mitchell supported by Block to initiate an amendment change to parcel 
11-20-0001-0014-06-1 to correct the new Zoning Map. Motion carried
Industrial Park: Motion by Sittig supported by Mitchell to inform the Drain Commissioner 
that the Township will pay its portion of the Schwark Drain special assessment in one 
lump sum at the latest date possible. Roll call

Motion carried

Motion by Osburn supported by Block to extend the winter tax deadline to March 1 without 
penalty. Motion carried

Motion by Sittig supported by Block to amend the 2009/2010 budget as presented. 
Motion carried

Motion by Mitchell supported by Block to approve Berrien County Road Commission to 
gravel Sittig Rd and Hess Rd. Roll call.
