Motion by Cummings supported by Sittig to approve December meeting minutes. Motion carried.

Treasurer's report stands

Motion by Mitchell supported by Cummings to pay bills estimated at $35,526.12.  Motion carried.

Correspondence was read

Motion by Cummings supported by Block to extend the winter tax deadline to February 28th 
without penalty. Motion carried.

Motion by Sittig supported by Mitchell to reappoint Karen Seifert, Sally Klute and Joe 
Bardusk to the Planning Commission for a 3 year term expiring December 31, 2013.
Motion carried.

Motion by Cummings supported by Sittig to reappoint Dave Grosse and ken Seifert to 
the Board of Review. Motion carried.

Clerk will place ad for a third member.



Motion by Block supported by Mitchell to adjourn at 8: 10. Motion carried.
