Regular Meeting

Present:  Sittig, Mitchell, Block, Osburn

Regular meeting opened at 7:00 p.m.

I.  	Pledge of Allegiance.

II. 	No public comment.

III.	Motion by Mitchell supported by Osburn to approve the Meeting Minutes of December 
        14, 2009.  Motion carried with no nayes.  

IV.	Treasurer's Report stands as submitted.

V.  	Motion by Sittig supported by Block to pay unpaid bills totaling $37,055.50. 
        Motion carried with no nayes.

		Building/Mechanical:2/0
	Fire:  	Parks/Recreation:  Ad in newspapers for committee members w/ letter of 
                intent submitted.

		Police:	2009 Annual report submitted

	2.	Industrial Park:  Schwark Drain Extension
		Judge denied the Township Complaint on the Schwark Drain Extension.

3.	Fire Agreement:  Motion by Mitchell supported by Sittig to approve the Township/Village 
        Fire Protection Agreement.  Motion carried with no nayes.

4.	Bike Hike Resolution:  Motion by Sittig supported by Mitchell to approve a Three 
        Oaks Township Resolution # 2010  # 1 for the Friends of Harbor Country Trails 
        Harbor Country Hike & Bike Plan.  Motion carried with no nayes.

	5.	Kruger Road Sewer Extension:  The Township is conducting a resident survey.

	6.	Zoning Map:




VIII.	New Business:
1.	Planning Commission Appointments:  Motion by Sittig supported by Mitchell to 
        approve the Planning Commission Appointments as submitted.  Motion carried with 
        no nayes.
	2.	Snow Plowing/Lawn Maintenance:  Motion by Mitchell supported by Osburn to
		Approve the Snow Plowing and Removal Services and Grass Cutting Services 
		Agreement as submitted.  Motion carried with no nayes.

IX.	Motion by Osburn supported by Mitchell to  adjourn at 8:00 p.m.
