Motion by Osburn supported by Block to approve June 14th  meeting minutes. Motion carried.

Treasurer's report stands

Motion by Mitchell supported by Cummings to pay bills estimated at $30,711.82.  Motion carried.

Correspondence was read

Sheriffs Dept: No report
Parks & Recreation: The draft plan is to be presented at next months meeting

Planning Commission: Nothing to report

The Kruger Rd sewer extension, letters will be sent to residents involved on the estimated 
costs and a meeting will be set for public comments.

There will be no changed to Township salaries at this time. They will be reviewed at the 
time the 2011-2012 budgets are being prepared.

The Library Board will review the draft copy of the Library Fund Advancement Agreement at 
their July 14th meeting.

The application with the DEQ for the Snowmobile Trail is in progress.

The Harbor Country Radio has asked to use the township property at the elementary school 
for parking for their music and arts festival.

The Township Weed Ordinance need to be amended. The Clerk will get smpled from other 
communities.

Dan Buckenmeijer from Chikaming Township Park Board was present and asking for a letter 
of support for Economic funding.

Motion by Mitchell supported by Cummings to adjourn at 8:33
