Public Hearing on Parks & Recreation Master Plan
Residents gave their opinions on what should be included in the Master Plan
Hearing closed at 7:28.

Regular Township meeting began at 7:30

Motion by Block supported by Osburn to approve May 10th  meeting minutes. Motion carried.

Treasurer's report stands

Motion by Sittig supported by Cummings to pay bills estimated at $49839.86.  Motion carried.

Motion by Cummings supported by Block to adopt a resolution of support for Partnership 
for Change a community program with the Village and other neighboring communities.

Parks & Recreation: Public hearing held first part of tonight's meeting, Schwark Drain 
Project has begun

Planning Commission: Nothing to report

The Kruger Rd sewer extension, an update on the map for corrections is needed before any 
further progress

The building, Plumbing and Electrical contracts were tabled for the contract holders to 
review them

Discussion of CPI wage increases of 8-9% was tabled until Trustee Mitchell is available

Motion by Cummings supported by Sittig to transfer the deed to the Library Building at 3 
Elm Street from the Township to the Three Oaks Township Public Library.. Roll call

Motion carried

Motion by Sittig supported by Block to approve use of the Township property at the 
Elementary School for an Art Event August 6-8 pending proof of liability insurance and 
they maintain the grounds. Motion carried.

Motion by Cummings supported by Block to place the Three Oaks Township Road Millage 
proposal on the November ballot. Roll call.
