Motion by Mitchell supported by Osburn to approve February meeting minutes. Motion carried.

Treasurer's report stands

Motion by Sittig supported by Sittig to pay bills estimated at $52835.67.  Motion carried.

Parks & Recreation: Clerk will check with McKenna & Assoc, Williams & Works Jay Kilpatrick 
and Chuck Ekenstahler for cost to update the Township's Parks & Recreation master plan
Planning Commission: Noted that the public hearing for the correction of the zoning map 
will be held March 30 at 7pm
Industrial Park: The townships payment for the Schwark Drain project is due by June 1, the 
preconstruction meeting is March 22 at 10am at the Berrien County Drain Commissioners 
Office in St. Joseph, MI.
Motion by Sittig supported by Block to approve the payment for the Schwark Drain assessment 
of $299,213.25 before June 1, 2010. Roll call

Motion by Cummings supported by Block to hire Wightman & Assoc. to do exploratory work for 
$825.00 for a possible sewer extension down Kruger Rd.

Motion by Sittig supported by Cummings to adopt the 2010/2011 budget as updated. Motion carried

Motion by Block supported by Mitchell to approve Resolution # 2010-08-03 to support Berrien 
County Parks Plan for the development of the Galien River County Park. Roll call.

Nays: None 
Motion carried.

Two proposals were received for the boiler updates at the Fire Station. Boelke Heating 
proposed 4 different options with costs ranging per option from $4000.00 - $16027.00 and 
BER Refrigeration,Heating,Cooling & Plumbing proposed 2 options with costs from $530.00 - 
$7285.00.
Motion by Cummings supported by Sittig to go with BER option 2 to replace 2 boilers at a 
cost of $7285.00. Roll call.
