Motion by Mitchell supported by Osburn to approve April 12th meeting minutes. Motion carried.

Treasurer's report stands

Motion by Cummings supported by Sittig to pay bills estimated at $39,904.70.  Motion carried.

Parks & Recreation: Public comment will be sought at a june 14th 7PM meeting for the 
renewal of the Parks & recreation Plan.

Planning Commission: Board to vote on correction of rezoning of the US 12 property.
Industrial Park: The property has been staked and the underground pipe installation is to 
begin after Memorial Day

The Kruger Rd sewer extension estimates are completed. A meeting will be set with the 
residents living up to 2,000 feet along Kruger Rd to discuss the project costs.

Motion by Cummings supported by Mitchell to approve the rezoning of 5455 US 12 to correct 
the Zoning Map error. Roll call

Motion by Sittig supported by Cummings to place an ad seeking a Licensed Plumber for 
inspections. Roll call.

Motion by Sittig supported by Block to draft a Quick Claim Deed to turn the Library 
Building over to the Three Oaks Township Library Board. Roll call.

Motion carried

Motion by Cummings Supported by Mitchell to apply to the DEQ for Permits to Relocate 
the Existing Snowmobile Trail. Motion carried
