Motion by Mitchell supported by Block to approve October meeting minutes. Motion carried.

Motion by Sittig supported by Cummings to pay bills totaling $58891.70.  Motion carried.

Motion by Block supported by Mitchell to authorize the purchase of 9 turn out gear for 
the Fire Department at an approximate cost of $15660.00. Roll call

Motion by Cummings supported by Sittig  to purchase a Konica Minolta copier for the 
Township for $4938.33 with additional service contract. Roll call

Motion by Sittig supported by Mitchell to have the Berrien County Road Commission sealcoat 
2 additional roads and allow them to remove trees, do signage and chloride as needed.
