Motion by Block supported by Mitchell to approve August 10th  meeting minutes.

Motion by Sittig supported by Cummings to approve August 6th Special meeting minutes. 
Motion carried.

Treasurer's report stands

Motion by Block supported by Cummings to pay bills totaling approximately $39329.23

Fire Chief Flick asked in his notes to the board that the 1975 Pierce mini pumper be put 
out for bids.
Motion by Mitchell supported by Block to place an ad to sell the 1975 Pierce Mini pumper.

Parks/Recreation: nothing to report
Planning: George Mangold stated that they will be meeting September 22 in a joint meeting 
with the Village Planning Commission to get ideas on promoting the Industrial Park.
Three Oaks Village Police: Complaints/ Citations    161/12
Sheriffs Dept: No report
Industrial Park: the Board of Review has not made their decision on the apportionments. 
Depending on that decision this board needs to decide whether to proceed further and 
appeal their decision if needed.
Motion by Sittig supported by Block to authorize the attorney to appeal the Board of 
Reviews decision if needed. Roll call

A draft copy of the Water Ordinance will be sent to the Village for review.

2 bids were received for the 1976 Van. 1 for $155.00, the other for $300.00. 
Motion by Mitchell supported by Block to accept the $300.00 bid from David Sikorski.

1 bid was received for the work on the fence line at the Forest Lawn Cemetery for $1740.00 
from Rolling Prairie Excavating.
Motion by Sittig supported by Block to award the project to Rolling Prairie Excavating. 
Motion carried.

Motion by Mitchell supported by Block to allow the Berrien County Road Commission to 
replace the culvert on Elm Valley Rd by Schwark Rd for a cost of $3630.00. Roll call

Motion by Cummings supported by Sittig to replace the culvert on Martin Rd north of 
Starr Rd for $2222.00. Roll call

The transfer of the 3rd parcel of land from the Forest Lawn Landfill to the Township, 
pursuant to the May 2000 agreement will take place September 16.

Motion by Sittig supported by Mitchell to accept the Quit Claim Deed and the new easement 
to be determined after new clarification. Roll call

Region of Three Oaks Museum asked the board to sign a resolution allowing them to obtain 
a temporary Charitable Gaming License.
Motion by Block supported by Mitchell to sign the resolution. Roll call
