Meeting opened at 7:00

No public comment

Motion by LaLone supported by Osburn to approve August meeting minutes. Motion carried.

Motion by Sittig supported by LaLone to pay bills totaling $30639.40. Motion carried.
Motion by Sittig supported by Osburn to add a bill for $693.00 to bills to pay. Motion carried.

Treasurers report stands

Department reports:
Ambulance: No Report             Assessor sales/splits      02/1 still under review
Fire: July 6   August 4               Bldg/Mech:  3/0
Parks/Recreation: Rules sign completed and will be installed Tuesday. Nothing to report on 
Spring Creek School.
Planning: Zoning Ordinance is at the County level for review and will be available for 
Township approval at the October meeting.
Police: Complaints/ Citations    51/17
Industrial Park: Schwark Drain prebids will be in October.

Berrien County Road Commission will open bids for the groveling of Township roads on 
September 11th and will make the recommendations to the Township on the 17th.

AT&T Metro Act Right of Way is up for renewal.
Motion by Sittig supported by LaLone to renew the Right of Way. Motion carried.

Motion by Cummings supported by Osburn to purchase 5 new voting booths for $190.00 each.
