Cemetery Committee Meeting August 13, 2003

The meeting was called to order at 7:04 PM by Chairman Habel

Present- Connie Vollman, Scott Habel, Nancy Hauch, Mike Versaw, Chuck Sittig, 
Sally Klute

Absent- Dick Fatter, Bob Turley, Karen Campbell

The minutes of July 9, 2003 meeting was motioned for acceptance by Connie Volman 
& Seconded by Scott Habel. Motion carried.

The Public Hearing was opened. There was no public comment. The committee reviewed 
and confirmed the Fee Schedule and added it to the proposed Ordinance. Several 
typographical errors were discovered on the proposed Ordinance and they will be corrected.

The committee has not received the Twp. Attorney's review of the Ordinance. When 
this review is received the next meeting date will be determined. It was decided 
not to have a meeting the first week of September due to Labor Day.

Motion to adjourn by Scott Habel & seconded by Sally Klute. Motion carried, 
adjournment at 7:44 PM.
