Three Oaks Township Planning Commission


April 28, 2009

The regular meeting of the Three Oaks Township Planning Commission was called to 
order at 7:00 pm by Vice Chair Jackson.  Roll Call was taken with members; Bardusk, 
Jackson, Khoury, Klute, Kramer, Mangold and Mitchell present and Seifert and Snyder 
absent (excused).

There was not any Public Comment.

Secretary Mangold presented the minutes of the Tuesday, March 24, 2009 regular meeting.  
A motion by Klute, supported by Kramer, to accept the minutes of the March 24, 2009 meeting 
as presented.  The motion was approved 6-0.

Under Communications, Vice Chair Jackson handed out the Calendar of Events of the Southwest 
Michigan Planning Commission and information pertaining to the Michigan Planner.

Under Old Business, Secretary Mangold presented the final draft of the Planning Commission 
By-Laws.  Mangold reported on the changes made from the previous draft and reviewed the 
final document with the Planning Commission.  A motion by Mitchell, supported by Bardusk, 
to approve the final draft of the Three Oaks Township Planning Commission By-Laws.  
The motion was approved 7-0 at 7:45 pm.

There was not any New Business.

Having no other business to come before the Planning Commission, Vice Chair Jackson 
adjourned the meeting at 7:46 pm.
