Three Oaks Township Planning Commission

The regular meeting of the Three Oaks Township Planning Commission was called to order at 
7:00 pm by Chair Snyder.  Roll Call was taken with members Khoury, Kramer, Mangold, 
Mitchell, Seifert and Snyder present and Bardusk, Jackson and Klute absent (excused).

There was not any Public Comment.

Secretary Mangold presented the minutes of the Tuesday, April 28, 2009 regular meeting.  
A motion by Kramer, supported by Mitchell, to accept the minutes of the April 28, 2009 
meeting as presented.  The motion was approved 5-0.

Under Communications, Chair Snyder gave out information pertaining to seminars by Michigan 
Citizen Planner on June 25, 2009 and the Michigan Township Association on July 8, 14 and 
22, 2009.

Under Old Business, Secretary Mangold handed out copies of the recently approved rewriting 
of the Planning Commission By-Laws.  The Planning Commission will now hold their regular 
scheduled meetings on the forth Tuesday of every other month.  The next regular scheduled 
meeting will be held on Tuesday, July 28, 2009 at 7:00 pm.

There was not any New Business.

Having no other business to come before the Planning Commission, a motion to adjourn by 
Kramer, supported by Mitchell.  The motion was approved 6-0.  Chair Snyder adjourned the 
meeting at 7:04 pm.
