Under New Business, Secretary Mangold reported that the Master Plan for Three Oaks
Township needs to be reviewed this year as required by law (reviewed every five years,
updated in 2005). Mangold will seek approval from Three Oaks Township Board of Trustees
before contacting Township Planning Consultant Jay Kilpatrick. In the meanwhile
Planning Commission members were asked to starting reviewing the Master Plan for
their input. The Master Plan should only need some minor updating.

Although the Planning Commission is not empowered to enforce the ordinance some
concern was expressed about obvious violations of various "stand alone" ordinances
within the Township. Secretary Mangold will express this concern with the Township
Board of Trustees at their next meeting.

Having no other business to come before the Planning Commission, a motion to adjourn
by Jackson, supported by Kramer. The motion was approved 8-0. Chair Snyder adjourned
the meeting at 7:20 pm.

George A. Mangold, Secretary
