Three Oaks Township
Special Meeting
April 30, 2008

Present: Sittig, LaLone, Osburn, Cummings
Absent: Jelinek
Meeting opened at 11:31

Purpose of the meeting was to approve a stipulation for Dismissal on the Rodgers/Barksdale 
vs Kanger & Township Civil Suit.
 
Cummings and LaLone had several concerns and wanted to see if the Township could be removed 
completely from the court action.

No action was taken it was tabled until board received further word from the attorney.

Motion by LaLone supported by Osburn to adjourn at 12:00.
