Meeting opened at 9:01	

Purpose of the meeting to approve the Cemetery Sexton Agreement and the Forest Lawn 
Cemetery Contractor's Agreement

Motion by Cummings supported by Osburn to approve the cemetery Sexton agreement as 
presented.  Motion carried.

Motion by Sittig supported by Cummings to approve the cemetery contractor's agreement 
as presented. Motion carried.


Motion by Sittig supported by Osburn to adjourn at 9:04
