Special Meeting
July 2, 2008

Present: Sittig, Osburn, Cummings
Absent: LaLone, Jelinek
Meeting opened at 11:07

Purpose of the meeting was to approve the use of the MTA attorney's to get a written 
opinion on the McWethey case at a cost of $350.00.
 
Motion by Cummings supported by Osburn to allow the Building Inspector and the Township 
Attorney to get a written opinion form the MTA legal council on the hydroponic tomato 
facility at a cost of $350.00.
Motion Passed   2-1 with Sittig voting against.

Motion by Osburn supported by Sittig to adjourn at 11:13.
