Special Meeting
June 11, 2009

Present: Osburn, Cummings, Sittig
Absent: Mitchell

Meeting opened at 9:05	

Purpose of meeting to review and approve Ambulance Resolution, Smoke Detector Ordinance, 
Police Agreement, Dangerous Building Ordinance and Sky Diving Permission for Flag Day

Motion by Sittig supported by Cummings to adopt the Ambulance Resolution as presented.

Ayes: Osburn, Sittig, Cummings
Nays: None
Motion carried.

Clerk asked that the Smoke Detector Ordinance be tabled until further investigation and 
that the Township is covered under the Michigan Building Official Code Administrators laws

Motion by Sittig supported by Osburn to agree to the First Amended Law Enforcement Service 
Agreement with the Village pending signature from the Village Financial Manager.
Ayes: Osburn, Sittig, Cummings
Nays: None
Motion carried.

Several issues were questionable on the Dangerous Building Ordinance so it was tabled 
until further investigation.

Motion by Cummings supported by Sittig to approve the use of Township property for Sky 
Diving expedition for Flag Day.
Motion carried.

Motion by Sittig supported by Osburn to adjourn at 9:24 am
