Purpose of the meeting was to discuss changing insurance companies from Western to EMC thru the Hartlieb Agency.

Motion by Mitchell supported by Cummings to accept the proposal presented by the Hartlieb Agency. Roll call
Ayes: Block, Cummings, Sittig, Osburn, Mitchell
Nays: None
Motion carried.

Motion by Sittig supported by Mitchell to adjourn at 9:20.
