Present: Sittig, LaLone, Osburn, Jelinek
Absent: Cummings
Meeting opened at 11:01

Purpose of the meeting was to approve a stipulation for Dismissal on the Rodgers/Barksdale 
vs Kanger & Township Civil Suit.
 
Motion by Jelinek supported by LaLone to allow the Township Attorney and/or Township 
Supervisor to sign documents for the "Stipulation and Order for Dismissal" on File 
No. 07-0267-CE-M (Barksdale/Rodgers vs Kanger and Three Oaks Township. Roll call.
Ayes: Jelinek, LaLone, Osburn, Sittig
Nays: None
Abstain: None
Absent: Cummings
Motion Passed   4-0

Motion by Jelinek supported by LaLone to adjourn.
