Meeting opened at 10:02

Purpose of the Public Hearing was to establish a Commercial Rehabilitation District

Public comment

Carey Brown owner of Carey Brown Construction explained why the request was being made. They had spent over 1million dollars in rehabbing the building and plans are to spend more. With a Commercial Rehabilitation District they could apply for a tax abatement for any future rehabbing.

Public Hearing was closed at 10:15

Motion by LaLone supported by Sittig to approve the establishment of the district. Roll call
Ayes: Sittig, Osburn, Cummings, LaLone
Nays: None
Motion carried

Motion by Osburn supported by Cummings to adjourn at 10:40. Motion carried
