THE THREE OAKS TWP BOARD OF TRUSTEES HAVE EXTENDED THE DEADLINE FOR RECEIVING THE 2022 WINTER TOWNSHIP TAX WITHOUT PENALTY FROM TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 14, 2023 TO TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 28, 2023

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT

The Three Oaks Township Planning Commission will be holding a Public Hearing on Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at the Three Oaks Township Hall at 6810 US 12 W.

Three Oaks, MI at 7:00 pm.

The purpose of the of the public hearing is to consider an Ordinance to amend the Three Oaks Township Zoning Ordinance; to amend Sections 3.07, 9.03, and 10.03 to permit Adult Use Marihuana Facilities in the C-1 “Commercial” and I “Industrial” Districts and Marijuana Grower Facilities in the AG-RR “Agriculture-Rural Residential” Districts as Special Land Uses.

All interested citizens are invited to attend to express their views on the matter in-person or by counsel.  Written or faxed comments must be submitted to this office prior to the hearing in order to become part of the hearing report.  A complete copy is on file at the Township Hall and online at www.threeoakstwp.org
