For the Village of Three Oaks
Village of Three Oaks has 4 openings on its council for the November 5, 2024 election. Positions available are:
- President- 2 year term
- 3 Council members – 4 year terms
Anyone interested in running for a Village position can obtain all documents from the Village Hall or the Township Hall. Documents must be filed with the Township Clerk at 6810 US Hwy 12, Three Oaks, MI by 4:00pm July 23, 2024
ELECTION INFORMATION
The Presidential Primary Election will be held on Tuesday, August 6, 2024
This election will be held at the Three Oaks Fire Station, located at 10 Linden Street
Polls open at 7:00AM and close at 8:00PM

Please NO cell phones in the precinct!
VOTER REGISTRATION
If you are a qualified voter of Three Oaks Township but have not already registered, you may do so at the office of the Township Clerk, the office of the County Clerk, a Secretary of State branch office, or other designated state agency. Registration forms can be obtained at HERE and then mailed to the Township Clerk. Voters who are already registered may update their registration at michigan.gov/sos
EARLY VOTING SITE
Notice is hereby given by resolution of the Three Oaks Township Board under authority granted in Public Act 8 1of 2023, that the location of the early voting site for all federal and statewide election dates will be the following. A site may also serve as an early voting site for additional election dates if approved by the Three Oaks Township Board.

All qualified electors in Three Oaks Township have the right to mark a ballot and deposit the ballot in a tabulator beginning the second Saturday before an election and ending the Sunday before the election, and any additional days prior to the second Saturday before an election that the Three Oaks Township Board designates. Early voting will be available at the early voting site for the following hours:

Mon: 8:30am - 4:30pm
Tue: 8:30am - 4:30pm
Wed: 11:00am - 7:00pm
Thu: 8:30am - 4:30pm
Fri: 8:30am - 4:30pm
Sat: 8:30am - 4:30pm
