Berrien County Treasurer Shelly Weich will hold office
hours at Village Hall to assist property owners with
delinquent property taxes and help those facing
foreclosure explore available options.
Location: Three Oaks Village Hall, 21 North Elm Street
Time: 2:00—4:00 p.m. on each date below

• January 25, 2027
• February 22, 2027
• March 15, 2027
Property owners can make payments, discuss payment
plans, and learn about available exemptions and
assistance.
The foreclosure deadline for unpaid 2024 and prior-
year property taxes is March 31, 2027. Property owners
with delinquent taxes are encouraged to seek assistance
before the deadline.
